As a human being, it’s difficult to just sit back and watch this lack of technical assistance for people with a handicap. It’s also difficult to accept that these people are often isolated with their handicap and sometimes rejected by the medical community (who doesn’t have another solution to offer other than these simple and archaic devices). I didn’t ignore the fact that people with this kind of handicap are often rejected, even by their own family and close friends, who usually end up settling for the « no solution » solution and with time, forget about this « little handicap ».
Confronted with the problems arising from the loss of muscular force in the foot, in the world of handicap and the framework of walk, I spent several years solving the effect of « releasing the operations of the foot / ankle / leg / knee articulations » and in association with this contributed of a driving force that replaces the functioning of paralysed muscles.
I gradually carried out this system of walking through « Pneumaflex ® 2″ (a poly sole driven articulated lifter) which, through a small orthosis of approximately 250 G being placed in a shoe, allows voluntary and immediate movements of the foot/leg.
The results obtained through various analysis of walking have proved to be exceptional. Indeed, for the first time in the world (with a world patent) we have been able to give back immediate control of the foot/leg, with all the various movements, that one needs to walk.
